RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

At STRAVE SUPPLY, each item is made to order. Please carefully review sizing, colours, and product details before placing an order.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund:
• Items that arrive damaged or defective.
• Incorrect items received.
• Printing errors or manufacturing defects.

Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange:
• Change of mind.
• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Minor colour differences due to screen settings.
• Delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact stravesupply@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include

• Your order number.
• Photos of the issue.
• A description of the problem.

Approved claims may result in a replacement item or refund at STRAVE SUPPLY's discretion.
